TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery prices: There is a flat delivery charge of $10.00 within the Sydney metropolitan area. If you would like to send a hamper interstate, we charge $15.00 for delivery.
Cancellations: In the event any hampers are to be cancelled, we must be notified within a week before our hampers are to be delivered. As long as no payments have been processed, we are happy to honour your request within that time frame.
Returns: The Bub Club does not accept the return of our Baby Hampers. Once they are delivered and have been paid for, the transaction is considered final. All products are checked for quality and condition at time of packing.
Privacy: The Bub Club takes your personal and credit information seriously. Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.
Substitution Of Products: Please note that in the event that a baby gift is temporarily unavailable, or out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute that product with another item of equal quality and value.
